Background Information

Changsha city of Hunan is known as "the Capital of China's Construction Machinery". The major of construction machinery application technology actively serves the employment needs of SANY Group. It mainly trains high-quality skilled professionals such as engineering machinery installation and adjustment engineers, equipment operation experts, international/domestic after-sales service engineers, marketing managers, etc. As the construction machinery industry develops and stabilizes, this major has experienced a shortage of talents for several consecutive years.

Hydraulic Transmission of Construction Machinery, Electrical Control of Construction Machinery, Structure and Maintenance of Construction Machinery Chassis, Structure and Maintenance of Construction Machinery Engine, Pumping Machinery Service Technology, Crane Service Technology, Excavator Service Technology, etc.

Skill Certificates

While obtaining academic certificates, students of this major can also obtain certificates of engineering machinery repairman (senior), construction machinery operation certificate (intermediate), automobile driver's license (optional) and English proficiency Level B or above for higher education institutions.

Employment Orientation

The major is  mainly aimed at training talents for the operation, debugging, technical support, after-sales service, marketing and operation management of first-class brand enterprises in the engineering industry. Job positions mainly include international after-sales service engineers, domestic after-sales service engineers, marketing managers and accessories managers.

Computer Aided Manufacturing, Multi-axis Processing Technology, 3D Printing Technology, NC Lathe Programming and Processing, NC Milling Machine Programming and Processing.

Prospect

With the rapid development of economy, China is gradually becoming a "world manufacturing center". The use, maintenance and maintenance personnel of numerical control machine tools are in short supply in various industrial cities across the country. Numerical control technology has become one of the important indicators to measure the manufacturing technology level and economic strength of a country or enterprise.

Employment Orientation

This major is mainly aimed at high-end equipment, digital design, intelligent manufacturing and other fields, producing operators, programmers, technologists and designers for advanced numerical control equipment operation, program programming and process design, etc.  During studying on campus,  students can participate in the SANY's research and development outsourcing, outsourcing production and other paid internship projects, and annual income one year after graduation is about 80,000 to 150,000 RMB.

Internal Combustion Engine Manufacturing and Maintenance

Core Courses

Structure and Principle of Internal Combustion Engine, Course of Manufacturing Technology of Internal Combustion Engine, Testing Technology of Internal Combustion Engine and Power Unit and Detection, Diagnosis and Repair of Engine Mechanical System.

Skill Certificate

While obtaining the academic certificate, students of this major can obtain the intermediate certificate of internal combustion engine installation and testing worker and the certificate of internal combustion engine marketing engineer.

Employment Orientation

Graduates are mainly orientated for internal combustion engine research and development, production, sales, maintenance and other related enterprises, engaging in internal combustion engine research and development, debugging, maintenance, application, management and product after-sales technical services, etc. At the beginning of employment, graduates can be competent for positions like new internal combustion engine research and development assistant, testing, maintenance and sales among others. After 3-5 years, graduates can be competent for production workshop management, technical management, technical service management for product market and other positions.

Management of Construction Projects

Core courses

Revit Basis, BIM Application Technology, PC Manufacturing Technology, PC Assembly and Construction Technology, Construction Project Management, Construction Organization and Management, Construction Engineering Survey Technology, Quality Inspection and Acceptance of Prefabricated Residential Projects.

Skill Certificate

While obtaining academic certificates, students of this major can obtain certificates of architectural CAD (intermediate), BIM modeler (intermediate), engineering surveyor (intermediate) or rigger (intermediate).

Employment Orientation

Graduates of this major are mainly orientated for the prefabricated construction industry, and are engaged in prefabricated component design, production, assembly construction and information management. Job positions include workshop director of factory component production, assembly construction engineer, project manager, modeling engineer, detailed design engineer and information management engineer, etc.

Welding Technique

Background

Welding is one of the most important processing methods in manufacturing industry. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, aerospace, energy transportation, petrochemical, construction and other industries.

Core Courses

Welding Technology, Welding Drawing Recognition, Electrode Arc Welding Technology, CO2 Gas Shielded Welding Technology, Welding Quality Inspection, Tungsten Argon Arc Welding Technology.

Prospect

Welding technology is a major with strong technology and relatively concentrated knowledge. In recent years, with the strengthening of  management and supervision of the special equipment industry by the Chinese government and the influx of a large number of foreign manufacturing and technical service industries, welding professionals are even scarcer.

Graduates of this major are mainly engaged in the fields of intelligent robot control, metal structure product process planning, mechanical manufacturing, etc., and work in technical post such as welding robot operation and programming, semi-automatic welding technology, product quality inspection and welding process planning, etc. The demand for graduates exceeds the supply, and the annual income in the year of graduation can reach 80,000 to 150,000 yuan.

Mechatronics

Background

The major Mechatronics is set up for further development of automation technology in production practice, and is also the inevitable product of development of microelectronic technology, computer technology, information technology, control technology and precision machinery technology.
